South Oak Studios, founded in 2016, is a design firm that specializes in one-of-a-kind custom homes, building, and stock house plans; we approach every project as a unique project. Our primary goal is to complete your project on time, within budget, according to your specifications, and compliant with City and State codes.

Permitting
South Oak Studios has worked with several cities and HOA's in getting permit approvals. We take care of all city requests, and we also meet with the city council if necessary. If you already did some construction without a permit and you have a red tag. We can help.
